The Kenko, named after the Japanese poet and monk Kenko, who philosophized about how to achieve a state of tranquility—or, in other words, “The Art of Doing Nothing.” This Kenko gives you that special Roadster feeling, thanks to the comfort and luxury this version offers. This 2013 NCFL2 is one of the last facelift models of the third-generation Mazda MX-5. In 2008, Mazda introduced the first updates to the NC, followed by a new facelift in 2012.
