About De Violier

Peace, space and relaxation in a village in Drenthe, on the edge of the national stream and esdorpen-landscape the Drentsche Aa. The ideal environment for all kinds of things to do, because there is plenty to do in the area. Also, De Violier is located in the center of the 3 major cities: Assen, Groningen and Emmen, with cozy shopping streets, good restaurants, the Drents- and Gronings Museum and experience park Wildlands.

De Violier has 4 rooms, in an existing barn, next to the main house. You can have breakfast in your room or, weather permitting, in the garden with the pond. Every morning a well filled breakfast basket is waiting for you.

In the rooms you will also find reading materials, information about the area and several hiking trails. If you would like to make an excursion, it is an option to get a packed lunch or picnic basket.
