MX5 NA Wink Module 1x

This module makes it easy to perform the well-known “wink”—the headlight flash often seen in the MX5 community. Compatible with the Mazda MX5 NA (1989–1998).

Because the module detects the headlight’s current position, it can control it to move up or down. If the headlight is already raised, it is commanded to lower. If the headlight is lowered, it is raised instead. This means you no longer have to manually operate the headlights to perform the famous MX5 greeting.

This headlight flashing module is easily installed between the original headlight motor connectors, eliminating the need for complicated modifications to the original wiring. The switch for this is included and can be mounted by you in a suitable location inside the cabin.

This module allows one headlight to be raised and lowered independently of the other using the included switch. The module that controls both headlights and raises and lowers them independently of each other is item 0101NA22.
