MX5 Set of axial bearings 0.25

These original Mazda axial bearings (thrust washers) are mounted on the crankshaft and prevent the crankshaft from axial movement (forward and backward).

Suitable for:
Mazda MX5 NA - NB and NBFL 1.6l (1989 - 2005)
Mazda MX5 NA and NB 1.8l (1989 - 2000)

These bearings absorb the forces created when the clutch is depressed, thus playing an important role in the stability and life of the engine.

When worn, axial play occurs on the crankshaft, which can lead to complaints such as difficult shifting, restless engine running or, in severe cases, engine damage.

Notice:
There are several versions depending on year of manufacture. Checking based on engine number is recommended.
