The entire package is designed to enhance the daily driving experience. The package is designed for you as an enthusiast of the MX 5, who want to get everything out of their convertible. The package is the culmination of the development process of BBR. They spent more than two years fully developing the package mechanically and electronically.

Some find the standard 2.0l engine hesitant at higher revs. Instead, the 'Super 200' package excels above 5500 rpm. The package offers high performance and throttle response all the way to the rev limiter. BBR's "Super 200" package increases the power output of your MX 5 to as much as 45 hp. Peak power becomes 205 hp at 6950 rpm. Torque becomes an impressive 243 Nm at 4950 rpm.

Performance measurements show that when the optional exhaust parts are also fitted, the 0 - 100 km/h time is reduced from 7.3 seconds to 5.65. However, the numbers only tell half the story. The quality of the package is such that power and torque are improved throughout the rev range. Whereby at just 3500 rpm, you get 41 Nm more torque. This ensures that the car is still user-friendly and very suitable for everyday driving.

When you upgrade the exhaust system with BBR stainless steel parts, peak power will even increase to 214 hp. Torque will then even increase to 248 Nm. The exciting sound will make every ride an experience.
