Speed sensor (transmission sensor) - suitable for 6-gearbox Mazda MX5 NB - NBFL (1998 - 2005)
The sensor ensures accurate recording of driving speed and plays a central role in working with the odometer, speedometer, ABS-module and engine management system, among others.

A properly functioning speed sensor is important for the smooth and safe operation of the powertrain and the MX5 as a whole. A broken or abnormal speed sensor can cause irregularities such as a non-functioning speedometer, error codes or irregular engine behavior.

The sensor is mounted on the gearbox and measures the rotational speed of the drive shaft. This data is then digitally transmitted to the car's electronics, allowing systems to function accurately.

Please note that this sensor is only suitable for models with a 6-gearbox.
