MX5 Trunk Bumper Pad

A rubber seal for the trunk lid of your Mazda MX5 NB - NBFL (1998 - 2005). The rubber absorbs shocks when closing the trunk and ensures that the trunk lid closes securely and quietly. It also prevents vibrations between the lid and the body. 

After years of use, the original rubber often hardens or warps, causing the lid to no longer close tightly or to start rattling. With this new rubber buffer, you can easily restore the original fit, sound dampening, and finish.

Installation tip:
Always install a new rubber seal on each side to ensure even pressure. Also check the rubber sealing strip around the trunk for wear.
