MX5 Crankcase Pan NC

This original Mazda sump pan (oil pan) is mounted on the underside of the engine block and forms the reservoir for the engine oil. Suitable for the Mazda MX5 NC (2005 - 2015).

The sump pan plays an important role in the lubrication of the engine while protecting the underside of the block. Due to its position under the car, this part is susceptible to damage from, for example, bumps, stone chips or improper jacking.

If damaged or leaked, the oil level can drop, which immediately creates a risk of engine damage. Also, over time, the gasket edge may sweat or leak.

This version is suitable for both the 1.8l and 2.0l engines of the NC and is often replaced when there is leakage, cracking or damage to the underside.
