A rebuilt engine for a Mazda MX5 NA (1989 - 1997) is completely disassembled and rebuilt with parts checked and replaced where necessary. Internal parts such as bearings and seals are renewed so that the engine can function reliably again. Pistons are replaced only when necessary; when still within specifications, the original pistons are reused. The engine is then rebuilt with correct tolerances and adjustments, with all components working optimally with the internal rotating parts such as the crankshaft and pistons in the car's engine block.
