The exhaust manifold of a Mazda MX5 NA (1989–1997) is mounted directly on the cylinder head and collects the exhaust gases from the engine. From here, the gases are directed further into the exhaust system. The operation of the manifold is directly related to combustion and exhaust gas flow from the MX5’s engine cylinder head, where the exhaust gases are produced.
