At the front and rear of an MX5 NB (1998 - 2000), bumpers are an important part of both protection and appearance. They absorb light impact, guide airflow along the bodywork and greatly determine how sleek nose and rear look in the overall look. Wear or play regularly occurs around attachment points, so fit can become less tight after years. When the surrounding body parts also fit neatly around the mounting surfaces, the line of the car is restored.
