Emblems

On an MX5 NB (1998 - 2000), emblems are more than just brand or model identifiers. They are part of the original finish of the bodywork and often sit in places that catch the eye immediately. At the front, they often connect to the grille and other visible parts of the front, so that different body parts together form a whole. On the trunk lid and nose, emblems are subjected to daily weathering, polishing and UV-radiation. As a result, over time they can become discolored, damaged or detached from the sheet metal. Especially in a car where details are so decisive for the appearance, neat accents often make a difference.
