Battery and mounting

In the engine compartment of an MX5 NB (1998 - 2000), the battery is the central point of the electrical power supply. During starting, it delivers a lot of power to the starter motor and electrical systems in a short time, while mounting parts ensure that the battery remains firmly in place under vibration and chassis movement. Around battery terminals and mounting points, after years, you often see oxidation or wear from moisture and temperature changes. When cable connections and electrical connection points around the power supply also stay in neat condition, the system continues to function more reliably.
